National Farrier's Week

July 8-14 is National Farrier's Week.  Take a minute to tell your farrier how much you appreciate them.  They do a highly skilled job under difficult and sometimes dangerous conditions.  If you would like some insight into what they do, pick up your horses foot, put it between your knees, bend over and stay there without even doing anything for 3 minutes. For complete realism have the person holding your horse pay no attention and stand there texting.

They are an invaluable part of your horse's "team". Let them know it this week and the rest of the year.
